Just been to my options evening in which Mr Frost droned on for a while about the importance of knowing the difference between teachers ‘marketing’ their subjects and ‘giving advice’ and then we looked around stalls for various subjects in the sports hall. I’m almost decided that i’ll take French, Geography, Drama and Media Studies. I want to get the English Baccalaureate, and french and geog will give me that, and the other two I’m just really interested in. I’m so glad our school made philosophy and ethics compulsory, I really enjoy the subject. Blegh I hate making decisions about the future because I feel like whatever I choose I will fail because I hate revision and I want badly to do well but I feel like I am no more than an average student so criez :-(
